When you apply as a maker, we collect your business details, contact information, GST registration, portfolio, and — once approved — your bank details for payouts. Bank details are stored separately from the rest of your profile and are never shown to buyers or other makers.
2. How we use it
We use your information to review your application, route eligible orders to you, process payouts, and calculate your scorecard and tier. We don't sell your information to third parties.
3. What buyers see
Buyers see your business name and city once you've accepted their order — never your GST number, bank details, or exact address.
4. Data security
Your account and payout data are stored with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, with access limited to what each part of the system needs.
