Who can join

Two ways to join. Both are reviewed by our team before anything goes live.
Maker

Sell through the shared store

  • Request the store products you want to make and set your own price.
  • Orders are routed to you or chosen by buyers who pick you.
  • You print, pack and hand the parcel to the courier.
Brand

Your own exclusive store

  • A customisable storefront and your own product listings, published without per-product review.
  • Only a limited number of brands are approved. No trademark is needed.
  • Brands sell their own products only; store products are made by makers.

What you need

Keep these ready. Applying takes about ten minutes.
1

Tax registration

A GSTIN, or a free GST Enrolment ID (UIN) if you are not registered. Without a GSTIN, orders are limited to buyers in your own state.

2

Workshop and pickup address

Where you print, and where couriers collect parcels, with the name and mobile number of the person who hands them over.

3

Your printers

How many printers you run and for how many years, so we can judge your capacity.

4

Portfolio and socials

A link to prior work, such as a portfolio, Instagram or a marketplace listing. This is what we review.

5

PAN and bank account

Needed before your first payout. Our team verifies them first, and we encrypt your account number.

6

Where you can ship

Anywhere in India, only inside your own state, or within a radius of your workshop.

Steps to start selling

9 steps from application to your first payout.
  1. 1

    Apply

Fill in the application: business details, tax registration (GSTIN, or a GST Enrolment ID), workshop and pickup address, printers and portfolio.

  2. 2

    We review you

Our team looks at your portfolio and fit. You hear back by email; approval usually takes a few days.

  3. 3

Once approved you get a login to the maker portal. Applying never needs an account first.

  4. 4

    Add tax and bank details

Save your PAN and the bank account for payouts. Our team verifies them before your first payout is released.

  5. 5

    Verify your pickup address

Save the address where couriers collect parcels. A one-time code sent to the pickup contact's phone confirms it.

  6. 6

    Choose what you sell

Request the store products you want to make. Once approved, set your own price or sell at the store price.

  7. 7

    Stay available

Keep your availability up to date and mark holidays, so offers only reach you when you can print.

  8. 8

    Accept, print and pack

Accept an offer within 8 active hours, print the item and pack it so it survives transit.

  9. 9

    Ship and get paid

Ship with us (pick a courier and a pickup date in the portal) or ship on your own and add the tracking number. After delivery is confirmed your payout is scheduled.

How orders reach you

You choose what you make and what you charge. We bring the buyers. Here is the whole path from a product page to your workshop.
  1. 1

    Request a product

Pick the store products you can make. An admin approves each request, so every maker on a product has been checked.

  2. 2

    Set your price

Choose your own price, or leave it blank to sell at the store price. The lowest you can go is 10% below the store price.

  3. 3

    A buyer orders

Buyers see every approved maker's price. Pick one and the order comes straight to you; leave it open and we route by fastest delivery or best price.

  4. 4

    You get an offer

Accept within 8 active hours (8 am to 9 pm, India time). Decline or let it lapse and the offer moves to the next maker.

After you accept

Print the item, pack it and schedule the courier pickup within 2 days (plus any extra handling days you listed on the product). Handing it over on day 1 or day 2 earns a shipping credit; from day 3 a late fee applies. An order that is still not shipped 4 days after you accepted it is cancelled for you and offered to another maker, and counts as a missed offer on your scorecard. Orders for products with extra handling days are not cancelled this way.

You stay in control

Decline anything that does not fit your queue, mark holidays so offers pause, and join store deals only when the price works for you.

Maker jargon: Active hours

The clock for accepting an offer runs only between 8 am and 9 pm, India time. Outside those hours the clock pauses, so an offer that arrives at night is not lost while you sleep.

How much does it cost to sell?

There is no joining fee, no membership, no listing fee and no ad spend. Selling costs are only these:

Cost of selling = Commission + GST on commission + Courier charge (only when you ship with us)

Commission

0% until 31 July 2027, then a percentage of your selling price, charged band by band: 6% up to ₹500, 8% from ₹500 to ₹1,000, 10% above ₹1,000. Minimum ₹5 per item.

GST on commission

18% GST is charged on our fees. We issue a tax invoice for it, so GST-registered makers can claim it as input credit.

Courier charge

When you ship with us: the courier's price for your parcel, shown live before you confirm, deducted from your payout less any ship-early credit. When you ship on your own, nothing is deducted: you pay your courier directly.

Tax collected at source

TCS 0.5% (GST-registered makers) and TDS 0.1%. Not a cost: both come back to you as tax credit.

Shipping your orders

Two ways to get an order to the buyer. Choose per order, depending on what suits that parcel.
Option 1

Ship with us

No courier contract needed. Compare live courier prices in the portal, pick one and a pickup day, and we book it. The courier collects from your pickup address.

Best if you do not have a courier, or want the lowest price and the early-pickup credit.

Option 2

Ship on your own

Already have a courier or a transporter you trust? Send the parcel with them, then add the courier name and the tracking number to the order on the platform. That is all we need to show the buyer where their order is.

Best if you already ship every day and have your own rates.

Comparing the two

Ship with us Ship on your own
Who books the courier We do, from the price list you pick in the portal. You do, with your own courier.
Who pays the courier Deducted from your payout, less any ship-early credit. You, directly. Nothing is deducted from your payout.
What you enter on the platform A pickup date and time window. Courier name, tracking number and the date you handed over.
Ship-early credit and late fee Yes: credit on day 1 and 2, ₹10 late fee from day 3. No. Neither applies, because we are not booking the courier.
Dispatch deadline Pickup within 2 days of accepting (plus any extra handling days on the product). Add the tracking number within 2 days of accepting (plus any extra handling days). Later counts as a late dispatch.
What the buyer sees Our own tracking page with the courier's live scans. Our tracking page with your courier's name, the tracking number and your tracking link if you add one. The buyer follows the scans on your courier's own site.
Payout Scheduled after delivery is confirmed, then held for at least 7 days. The same, except delivery is confirmed automatically 7 days later (21 days after you add the tracking number), because we cannot see your courier's scans.
If a parcel is lost or damaged A buyer refund is handled under the usual rules. A buyer refund is charged to you, so choose a trackable service and pack well.

How Ship with us works

  1. Step 1

    Pack

Weigh and measure the parcel. Wrong sizes can add courier charges to your payout.

  2. Step 2

    Compare

See each courier's live price and delivery estimate: cheapest, fastest or best rated.

  3. Step 3

    Pick a day

Choose a pickup date and a time window. The earlier the pickup, the bigger your credit.

  4. Step 4

    Hand over

Give the parcel to the courier. The buyer gets a tracking link on the EverycultureLabs store.

Day 1

Biggest credit

A percentage of the value of the whole order, highest on the first slice and less on each slice above it, so a bigger order earns more but never in proportion to its size.

Day 2

Half the credit

A smaller share, still taken off the courier charge.

Day 3 or later

₹10 late fee

Added to the courier charge. Not charged on products you listed with extra handling days.

Days count from when you accept the order. The exact credit or fee is shown on the schedule screen before you confirm, and is final once you do.

How Ship on your own works

  1. Step 1

    Accept and print

Accept the order as usual, print it and pack it so it survives transit.

  2. Step 2

    Send it your way

Hand the parcel to your own courier or transporter, on your own account and your own rates.

  3. Step 3

    Add the tracking number

Open the order, choose "Ship on your own", then enter the courier name, the tracking number, the handover date and, if you have one, a tracking link.

  4. Step 4

    We take it from there

The order is marked shipped at once, the buyer is told and can follow it, and the payout is scheduled after delivery is confirmed.

  • Use a trackable service. The tracking number must be real: one already used on another order is refused. If the parcel does not arrive, the buyer's refund is charged to you.
  • Price your shipping in. We deduct no courier charge, so include what your courier costs in your list price.
  • Be on time. Adding the tracking number later than 2 days after you accept (plus extra handling days) counts as a late dispatch on your scorecard.

Getting paid

Three stages between a delivered parcel and money in your bank.

1

Delivery is confirmed

The buyer confirms it, or it is confirmed automatically 14 days after shipping. Then your payout is scheduled.

2-7 days

Held after delivery

The hold depends on your tier: Basic 7 days, Standard 5 days, Advanced 2 days. A refund resolved after you were paid comes off your next payment.

3

Paid every Tuesday

Orders past their hold are added up into one payment to your verified bank account. The bank reference appears on your Payments page.

A statement for every payment

Sales, commission, GST on commission, courier charge, TCS and TDS, line by line. Download it as a CSV from the Payments page, together with our fee invoices and a GST sales report in GSTR-1 format.

Before the first payout

Your PAN and bank account must be saved and verified by our team. Until then your orders wait and are not included in a weekly payment.

Performance metrics and tiers

Buyers come back when orders arrive right and on time. So every maker gets a scorecard over the last 90 days, measured on these metrics. Quality metrics count once you have shipped 5 orders.

Order defect rate

Orders where a buyer's problem was upheld against you.

under 1%

Late dispatch rate

Parcels handed to the courier after 2 days from acceptance, plus the product's own handling days.

under 4%

Valid tracking rate

Courier shipments that carry a working tracking number.

95% or more

Offer timeouts

Offers you let expire without accepting or declining.

under 5%

Refund rate

Orders refunded after delivery.

under 3%

Falling well below target for a sustained period moves you down a tier.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what makers ask us most. Still stuck? Ask us.

Registration

Do I need a GSTIN to sell?

No. If you have one, enter it. If you do not, get a free GST Enrolment ID (UIN) from the government GST portal and enter that instead. Without a GSTIN the law limits your orders to buyers inside your own registered state, and TCS does not apply to you.

What is the difference between a maker and a brand?

A maker lists and sells products through the shared store. A brand wants its own exclusive store with a customisable storefront and its own product listings. Brand applications are reviewed the same way, but only a limited number are approved, and no trademark is needed.

Can I apply without creating an account?

Yes. You apply with your details only; we create your login once you are approved.

Why do you need my pickup address?

Couriers collect parcels from it. We verify it with a one-time code sent to the pickup contact's phone, and you can only change it afterwards by asking support, so the address on every label is the one we checked.

How many printers do I need?

One is enough to start. The application asks how many printers you run and for how long, so we can judge capacity.

Orders

Can I choose which products I sell?

Yes. You request the store products you want to make. Once approved you can sell them, and you can also propose a product of your own for the store.

Who sets the price?

You do, per product, or you can leave it blank and sell at the store price. A store price is the ceiling and the floor is 10% below it, so makers cannot undercut each other without limit.

What if I do not want an order?

You can decline any offer. A reasonable decline rate is fine. Letting offers expire without an answer is what hurts your scorecard.

Do I pick my customers?

No. Buyers see every approved maker's price and can pick one, and that order comes straight to you. Otherwise the order routes automatically by fastest delivery or best price.

What if I am away?

Mark your holidays in the portal and offers pause for those dates.

What can I see about my buyers?

While you make and ship an order, and for one week after it is delivered, you see the buyer's name, full address and phone number. After that you still see the customer's name, which opens every order you have sent to them, and the city, state and pincode of each order, but not the street address or phone number.

What happens if I do not ship an order?

You see it turn from full credit to half credit to late, with the dates, in your orders list. After the credited days a late fee applies. If it is still not shipped 4 days after you accepted it, it is cancelled for you and offered to another maker, and it counts as a missed offer on your scorecard. Products with extra handling days are not cancelled this way.

Fees and payments

Are there any membership or listing fees?

No. There is no membership fee, no listing fee and no ad spend. The only costs are the commission on each sale (free during the launch offer), GST on that commission, and the courier charge.

How is commission worked out?

As a percentage of your selling price, in bands: 6% up to ₹500, 8% from ₹500 to ₹1,000, 10% above ₹1,000, with a minimum of ₹5 per item. Each band is charged on the slice of the price inside it, so there are no cliffs.

When do I get paid?

After delivery is confirmed, your payout is scheduled and held for a few days: Basic 7 days, Standard 5 days, Advanced 2 days, by tier. Every Tuesday the orders past their hold are added up into one payment to your verified bank account, and the bank reference shows on your Payments page. A refund resolved after you were paid comes off your next payment.

What are TCS and TDS?

Tax the platform must collect by law and deposit for you. TCS is 0.5% of the sale value excluding GST, only for GST-registered makers. TDS is 0.1% (5% if we have no PAN for you); an individual or HUF with a PAN is exempt on the first ₹5 lakh of sales in a financial year. Both appear on your payout statement, and you claim them back as tax credit.

What happens on a refund?

If a buyer's problem is upheld against you, the refund is charged to you and the commission, GST, TCS and TDS on that sale are reversed in proportion. If the platform absorbs the refund, nothing is reversed.

Shipping

Do I need my own courier account?

No. With "Ship with us" you compare live courier prices in the portal, pick the courier and a pickup date and time window, and we book it. The courier charge is deducted from your payout. If you would rather use a courier you already work with, "Ship on your own" lets you ship yourself and just add the tracking number.

Can I use my own courier?

Yes. With "Ship on your own" you send the parcel with your own courier, then enter the courier name, tracking number and handover date on the order. We deduct no courier charge, and neither the ship-early credit nor the late fee applies. Add the tracking number within the dispatch window, and note that a refund for a parcel that does not arrive is charged to you.

Can I ship early for less?

Yes, when you ship with us. Hand the parcel over on day 1 or day 2 after you accept and the courier charge is reduced by a ship-early credit. From day 3 a flat ₹10 late fee applies, except on products you listed with extra handling days.

How does the buyer track the parcel?

Every order has its own tracking page on the EverycultureLabs store, so buyers never leave us to find out where it is.

What if the buyer never confirms delivery?

Delivery is confirmed automatically 14 days after shipping if the buyer has not confirmed it, or 21 days for orders you ship on your own.
